PT HQ ("we", "our", or "us") operates the PT HQ mobile application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your information when you use our App.

By using PT HQ, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Business information (trainer name, logo, brand colour)
Client information you enter (names, contact details, session data)
Payment records you log manually
Body metrics and workout data you record for clients

App usage data for performance monitoring
Authentication tokens for secure sign-in

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

Provide and maintain the App's functionality
Store and sync your client management data across devices
Allow you to track client progress, sessions and payments
Generate PDF reports of client data
Send important account notifications
Improve the App based on usage patterns

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted third-party database provider. All data is:

Encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS
Encrypted at rest using AES-256
Stored on servers located in the United States
Accessible only to you via secure authentication

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent or share your personal data with third parties except:

Supabase — database provider for secure data storage
Apple — for App Store distribution and in-app purchases
Legal requirements — if required by law or legal process

We never share your client data with advertisers or marketing companies.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. If you cancel your subscription:

Your data remains accessible for 12 months
You will receive a 30-day notice before any data deletion
You can export all your data at any time via the PDF export feature

If you request account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your personal data at any time
Correct inaccurate data via the app settings
Request deletion of your account and all associated data
Export your client data at any time via PDF export
Withdraw consent for data processing at any time

8. Children's Privacy

PT HQ is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

9. Third Party Services

PT HQ uses the following third-party services:

Supabase — database and authentication (supabase.com/privacy)
Apple App Store — app distribution and payments (apple.com/legal/privacy)
Expo / EAS — app build and distribution platform

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by:

Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
Sending an email notification to your registered email address
Displaying a notice within the App
